In this sermon on the Israelite’s journey through the wilderness, we see similarities to our journey of faith. We also see that the same spiritual resources that God offered to the Israelites are available to us today. The Ten Commandments is one of those resources - not just because of their moral instruction - but because of their introductive power as to Who God Is, Who We Are and Where We Are in relationship to GOD. The Commandments are a powerful resource in that they help us understand not only God’s laws - but God’s grace.
