CHECK IN & OUT PROCEDURES
Check-In
The Kids Welcome/check-in station is located at our main entrance, just to the right when you first walk in. A staff or volunteer will be available to check your family in, ensuring we have a good contact phone number in case of an emergency and any noted allergies/medical concerns. A name label will then be printed for each child, along with a family tag. If this is your first time we would be happy to give you a tour, show your child to the appropriate classroom and introduce them to their teacher(s).
Check-Out
Our first priority is your child’s safety, and because of that we will only release children to the parent or guardian that has the family tag present at pick-up. You may pick them up from their classrooms by presenting the sticker you received at check-in.
Kids Worship
A Kids Worship is available for kids ages PreK-2nd Grade during our 9am Service. Kids will enjoy the first part of worship with the families in service, then be dismissed to their own worship experience. Click the image to the right for more details!
Sunday Mornings
We meet at 10:00am upstairs in the KidsMin hallway, in Rm. 200. Our curriculum is Explore the Bible Kids by LifeWay; click the image to the left for a video introduction into this study!
Wednesdays
We join together at 5:30pm for a meal as a family, then kids break-off for a time together in Rm. 200 from 6:30-7:30pm. We exploring thirteen of Jesus’ parables over the course of the semester!
ParentS Night Out
Parents Night Out are held on the first Friday of every month from Sept-May. Registration is open the month prior & closes the week before event.

SPECIAL EVENTS
throughout the various seasons we will have both kids and family focused special events. Some westminster traditions include:
Easter Celebration and Egg Race - Families are invited to join us for service, reception and egg race in our park. Held Easter Sunday.
Mother’s Day Reception - A fellowship reception is held between services, along with a craft for kids to make and give to mom!
Father’s Day Reception - A fellowship reception that is after service, with a craft that kids can make and give to dad!
Summer Camp - For the past 4yrs we have attended Crossview Christian Camp. Camp is opened to kids ages 7-12yrs.
Vacation Bible School & VBS Sunday - Join us for a week in the summer as we explore the Bible through games, stories, crafts & gizmos, delicious snacks and videos. The Sunday following all participants are invited to join us for worship, where we sing songs from the week and talk about God’s goodness!
Blessing of the Backpacks and Promotion Sunday - This is a service where we bless each child’s backpack as they start a new school year, pray for our educators and kick-off the start of fall.
Fall Festival
I'd love to attend a sport's game, recital or play that your child is in!
