The Youth Ministry Director is responsible for building meaningful relationships with middle and high school students (rising 6th–12th grade) and their families, equipping students for a life of faith and service in Christ. This role serves as a consistent presence in students’ lives, acting as both a mentor and leader.

The Youth Ministry Director will champion students by integrating student ministry into the broader life of the church and actively seeking new ways to engage students both within Westminster and in the surrounding community.

This position works closely with ministry and administrative staff to provide leadership, coordination, and support for the Student Ministry program. The Youth Ministry Director reports to the Session (Elder Board) and the Senior Pastor.
