Give With Gratitude To
Be a Blessing to the World

Giving as Spiritual Practice

Giving is not simply a financial act, but a spiritual practice that reflects our gratitude and trust in the Lord.

Throughout Scripture, God calls His people to honor Him with their resources. The Old Testament established the practice of tithes and offerings as a way of acknowledging God’s provision and sustaining the worship and ministry of the community of faith (Proverbs 3:9–10; Malachi 3:10). In the New Testament, believers are encouraged to give freely and joyfully, recognizing that generosity flows from the grace we have received in Christ (2 Corinthians 9:6–8). Christian giving is rooted in the Gospel itself.

God has given generously to us through Jesus Christ, and our generosity becomes a response to that grace. Through faithful stewardship, the church continues to proclaim the Gospel, care for those in need, and participate in God’s ongoing work of renewal in the world.
